At Kidology, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and skill-building toys designed to create meaningful play experiences for children. To ensure transparency and a smooth customer experience, we have outlined our Return, Replacement, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below. We kindly request all customers to read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

Kidology does not accept general product returns. However, replacements or refunds may be considered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

• The product is received in proper working condition.
• The request is made due to change of mind, dislike of the product, or accidental ordering.
• The request is raised after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product functionality.

Any exception to this policy will be considered solely at the discretion of the Kidology team.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund request, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• The product must be damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect upon delivery.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and parts must be retained.
• A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The unboxing video and order details must be emailed to: 📧 care@hellokidology.in

Requests submitted without proper proof or after the specified timeline may not be eligible for approval.

3. Review & Approval Process

Once the complaint and supporting evidence are received:

• Our Quality Control Team will review the unboxing video and assess the issue.
• The review process may take approximately 3–4 working days.
• After evaluation, the customer will be informed regarding the approval or rejection of the request.
• If approved, Kidology will initiate either:
  • A replacement product shipment, or
  • A refund/store credit, depending on the nature of the case and product availability.

Kidology reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the policy requirements.

4. Turnaround Time (TAT) for Approved Requests

➤ Warehouse Verification

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, the inspection and verification process may take 2–3 working days.

➤ Replacement Timeline

• Approved replacement orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful verification.
• Delivery timelines for replacement products are generally 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.

➤ Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after warehouse confirmation.
• Refunds may be issued either:
  • To the original payment method, or
  • As Kidology Store Credit,
    depending on the nature of the case and at the discretion of the Kidology team.

Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in the customer’s account.

5. Shipping Charges for Approved Returns

In exceptional cases where a return is approved:

• Reverse pickup, courier, or logistics charges may be applicable.
• Such charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any applicable deductions or charges will be communicated to the customer before processing the request.

6. Summary of Replacement & Refund Timelines

• Replacement Orders: Delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Refund Processing: Initiated within 5–7 working days after successful warehouse verification.
• Refund Mode: Original payment source or Kidology Store Credit, based on approval conditions.

7. Order Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

At Kidology, orders are processed quickly to ensure faster dispatch and delivery. Therefore, once an order is placed, cancellation requests are handled under the following conditions:

• If an order is eligible for cancellation, the refund amount will be issued only as Kidology Store Credit.
• Direct refunds to bank accounts, credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or the original payment source will not be applicable for cancelled orders.
• The issued store credit can be used to purchase any product available on the official website.
• Store credit will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue
• Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exceptions, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of the Kidology management team.
