1. General Return Policy
Kidology does not accept general returns. However, we do allow for replacements or refunds in cases where the product is proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns or refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

The product is received in good, working condition.

The return request is due to a change of mind, personal preference, or accidental ordering.

Any return beyond the designated time frame of 48 hours from delivery.
Exceptions may be considered only at the sole discretion of the Kidology team.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

The item must be damaged or defective upon delivery.

All original parts, packaging, and accessories must be retained.

An unboxing video clearly showing the issue is required.

The video must be emailed to care@hellokidology.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Review & Approval Process
Once your email with the unboxing video is received:

Our Quality Control Team will assess the video and product issue.

A response and decision will be provided within 3–4 working days.

If approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability.
4. Turnaround Time (TAT) for Approved Returns
If your return request is approved, please note the following timelines:

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, it takes 2–3 working days to inspect and verify the product condition.
➤ Replacement Timeline

After verification, the replacement product will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

The replacement product is generally delivered within 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
➤ Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the process is initiated within 5–7 working days after warehouse confirmation.

The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Note: Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Charges for Approved Returns

In rare cases where a return is accepted for replacement or refund, any associated reverse logistics or shipping charges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Applicable charges will be clearly communicated to you before processing the return.
6. Summary of Replacement & Refund Time Frames

Replacement Time Frame: Replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
