At Kidology, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure faster dispatch and delivery for our customers. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

➤ Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped from our warehouse, you may request a cancellation by writing to our support team at:

  • Once the cancellation request is reviewed and approved by our team, the order will be cancelled successfully.
  • For all approved cancellation requests, the refund amount will be issued only in the form of Kidology Store Credit.
  • Direct refunds to bank accounts, credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or the original payment source will not be applicable for cancelled orders.
  • The issued store credit:

    • Will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue
    • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Customers may still contact our support team for assistance; however, cancellation approval after shipment shall remain solely at the discretion of Kidology.

➤ Cancellation Charges

  • No cancellation charges are applicable if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
