Replacements or refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or defective.

To qualify, customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

This video must be emailed to care@hellokidology.in within 48 hours of the delivery.
Once your request is received, our team will inspect the submitted video and issue a decision within 3–4 working days. If approved, the item will be either replaced or refunded, as applicable.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the product is found to be in good condition.

No returns are allowed for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or accidental order.

Any decision to exceptionally approve a return will be at the sole discretion of the Kidology team.
🚚 Shipping Fees for Approved Returns
In rare cases where a return is accepted (e.g., for replacement or refund), shipping fees and reverse logistics charges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and communicated prior to processing.
